Yes, participants can apply for our Strength & Conditioning courses if they have a current or previous injury which affects their level of participation. During our practical sessions on the course, participants can choose which drills/exercises they can perform or opt out completely based on the nature of the injury. When opting out, we encourage more emphasis on coaching other participants to develop their coaching skills.

EPI’s Strength & Conditioning courses are available for qualified personal trainers, fitness instructors, PE teachers and sports coaches. They are also available to those who have a degree or are studying physiotherapy, sport science, exercise science, sports therapy, etc. Finally, they are also available to athletes currently competing in sport.
